Getting Started

If you’ve got the latest version of WeChat installed, you’ve got access to WeChat wallet. Head over to your home screen (or “Me” on the menu at the bottom) and find the Wallet icon. If you can’t see it, try changing your settings to Chinese (Settings> General> Language>简体中国 (Simplified Chinese) ). Once the Wallet is displayed you can change your settings back to English.

Adding a Card to Your Account

• To add a card, go to the Bank Card section right on the top Put in the number on your bank card and WeChat automatically detects which bank and type of card you’re using. You’ll then be asked for your name, phone and ID type.

• Enter your name and phone number exactly as it has been inputted by your bank

• Many banks will accept your passport as validation, including China Merchants Bank, ICBC, Bank of China, and China Construction Bank. Please check with your bank to confirm they offer this service.

• Once you have added your details WeChat will send you a verification code.

• When your account has been verified you will need to add a six-digit password.

1. Any registered member of ch.com can participate.

2. We’ll be counting down to 10:00 June 20 – 22:00 June 26 when you can exclusively grab low low prices!

3. Only select routes and travel dates are applicable, so keep an eye out at the official website on the day of the event to learn exactly how you can Spring up to our WeChat Sale.

4. Tickets are only valid for one person on 1x one-way sector. If you need a return ticket or would like to book for two, roll the dice and try again!

5. Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of booking completion.

6. Any taxes or charges are in addition to the fares published and need to be paid by you, the passenger. Only CNY prices available in this event.

7. If this WeChat Sale special means that you need to refund another(full-price)ticket, you’re welcome to do so according to our involuntary refund guidelines.

8. Infants, children and other Special Passengers are unable to take part in this event. Unless otherwise stated, all Spring Airlines Special Passenger shall be applicable at all times.

9. All tickets may not be changed, refunded or transferred.

10. In the event of flight delays or cancellations, passengers are able to enjoy the rights stipulated in the Spring Airlines Conditions of Carriage including refund of actual fare paid.
