2. We’ll be counting down to 10am on 9，10 and 11 Novmber when you can exclusively grab low low prices!
3. Only select routes and travel dates are applicable, so keep an eye out at the official website on the day of the event to learn exactly how you can Spring up to Cloud 9
4. Tickets are only valid for one person on one one-way sector. If you need a return ticket or would like to book for two, roll the dice and try again!
5. Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of booking completion.
6. Any taxes or charges are in addition to the fares published and need to be paid by you, the passenger. CNY prices shown are only a guide and may need to be paid in USD or other currencies according to your payment options.
7. If this Cloud 9 special means that you need to refund another (full-price) ticket, you’re welcome to do so according to our involuntary refund guidelines.
8. Infants, children and other Special Passengers are unable to take part in this event. Unless otherwise stated, all Spring Airlines Special Passenger shall be applicable at all times.
9. All the ticket can’t be changed, refunded or transferred.
10. In the event of flight delays or cancellations, passengers are able to enjoy the rights stipulated in the Spring Airlines Conditions of Carriage, including refund of actual fare paid.
